The gameplay isnt bad at all

Age ratings depend on the maturity of kids. I think this game should be 10+. Children 10 and up should know basic human standerds to know whats going on and how to play. If you guys honestly think this game is for 17 year olds your probably a child who doesn't know basic human standerds.

Touhou games are hard. Really hard. While they're easier compared to other bullet hell games, the bullet hell genre in general has a huge learning curve and can be frightening to newcomers. The majority of people who are into Touhou probably can't beat any of the games.
