Steve Blum is an American voice actor, well known for providing the voice of TOM from the Cartoon Network original block, Toonami.

Blum is the voice of Tom, the announcer of Cartoon Network's Toonami. Blum is best known for his voice work of men with deep voices in anime and video games.

Steve Blum is the English dub voice of Cliff Hudson in Dead Rising.

Patti Ann LuPone is an American actress and singer, best known for her work in stage musicals, most notably as Eva "Evita" Perón in Evita. She provides the voice of Yellow Diamond.

Miguzi was the weekday-afternoon replacement for Toonami on Cartoon Network, when Toonami switched to a Saturday night block. It began airing on April 19, 2004 and ended on May 25, 2007, roughly a year before the cancellation of Toonami on September 20, 2008.

Broadcast Date

The Return, the ninth canonical Toonami T.I.E., and the eleventh overall, was announced on March 12, 2022 through a promo during the Toonami broadcast. The premiere of The Return will roughly coincide with the 25th anniversary of Toonami's first broadcast on Cartoon Network (March 17, 1997).
