Why is Kazuya eye red?

Who is the true villain of Tekken?

Heihachi Mishima (Japanese: 三島 平八, Hepburn: Mishima Heihachi) is a fictional character of Namco's Tekken fighting game series, serving as its main antagonist. Introduced as the boss character from the first Tekken video game from 1994, Heihachi appears as the leader of a military firm known as the Mishima Zaibatsu.

Kazuya Mishima, also known by his alter ego of Devil Kazuya, is one of the main antagonists of Tekken franchise alongside his father, Heihachi Mishima. He's also the archenemy to both his son and father.

After being thrown into a mountain ravine by his father, Heihachi Mishima, Kazuya Mishima was approached by an entity of frightening power known as Devil. The entity offered Kazuya the power to overthrow his father in exchange for his soul. Kazuya, driven by anger and revenge, accepted the Devil's offer.

At the final round of the tournament, however, waited none other than the man Kazuya thought he killed two years ago: his father. Conflicted by the Jun and Angel's influence, Kazuya was defeated by Heihachi. Heihachi then flew his body over a volcano and tossed him in, apparently killing Kazuya.

Wiz: While Kazuya had the advantage in speed, Akuma had the advantage in strength, in his base form, Akuma broke apart an entire island, with just a single punch, while its difficult to definitively measure, we can use our previous data to conclude Akuma's yield would equal five hundred megatons.

The son of worldwide conglomerate Mishima Zaibatsu CEO Heihachi Mishima, Kazuya seeks revenge against his father for throwing him down a cliff years earlier. Kazuya becomes corrupted in later games, seeking to obtain more power and later eventually comes into conflict with his son Jin Kazama.

Thanks to the G Corporation, Kazuya learned to coesist with Devil and the two merged into one entity, and after Tekken 4, Kazuya always controlled his own emotions and is now able to use his Devil form at will. In Tekken 7, it is revealed that Kazuya inherited the Devil Gene from his mother Kazumi Mishima at birth.

Jin is the son of Kazuya Mishima and Jun Kazama, the grandson of Heihachi Mishima and Kazumi Mishima, the nephew of Lee Chaolan, the half-nephew of Lars Alexandersson, a relative of Asuka Kazama, and the great-grandson of Jinpachi Mishima.

Since his original appearance, Kazuya's character has gone through many transformations: from hero to villain, from villain to anti-hero. Whatever was left of his good side appears to be totally suppressed by his Devil persona.
